Great customer service! Picked out a new helmet and got my bike inspected.

Great experience overall. I bought a new 2019 Chieftain, and a week later a new 2019 Scout Sixty for my wife.

We worked with Jason as our sales person, but got to know Chris and Dennis as well. Everyone was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. No high pressure sales tactics. We were able to test ride the bikes, they answered every question and concern. When it came down to talking money, I felt the were fair and honest - I was actually pretty happy with the trade in offers that we got - I expected a low ball offer which is what other dealers have done to us in the past.

Now that we are a few weeks post-sale I can tell you that the service didn't end after we wrote the check. Because we had ordered parts for the bikes that weren't in-stock, I've had a bit of back and forth over email and phone. The entire team has been responsive and attentive throughout.

The dealership is clean, everyone is knowledgeable, and they have great stock of Indian accessories, apparel etc. The only bad part is that it seems like I spend money on some new accessory, t-shirt etc every time I go in - but that's my own fault!!

I definitely recommend this dealership. We are loving the new bikes, and the experience at Mom's Boston made the buying process easy. Really happy to be Indian owners.

Great shop. I bought my Indian Scout from MOMS Boston and it was a fantastic experience all around. Jason was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable through out the process.

My bike had an issue right before the weekend (I was planning to ride up to Maine). Dennis, Jon and the crew went above and beyond to quickly get my bike checked out and back to me in time so I could ride.

One afternoon my 2000 Vulcan 800 died while on the road. The fuel line was old and degraded and broke off of the gas tank. I did a jury-rigged job on the road and took it to another bike shop. I just wanted them to look at it to tell me if it would hold for a few days. They told me I would have to leave the bike for several days before they could look at it. I left with the bike.

A couple of miles down the road I passed MOMS on Broadway Revere and pulled in. I'd never been there before. Not only did the mechanic come out and look at it, on the spot he brought it in the garage and put in a new fuel line and even took out the air filter, cleaned it, and oiled it for me. 30 minutes later I was on the road and was able to pay them with the money I had in my front pants pocket.

Since then I've had them put on two new tires, a new chain, brake work, and oil changes. The last time it was in they even took the grill off the radiator and repainted it for me at no charge. From time to time I have phoned them with questions about this or that and they happily answer my questions. None of that sales tactic of having to bring it in.

These gentlemen are the only people I trust with my bike, and my wallet.

Bought my first bike here, and the team is great. Very friendly staff, and they even have been very helpful when I've taken it into service appointments. Highly recommend.

Everything was done to factory spec and in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with investing my time and money.

Naomi Gibbs

Smooth rental experience. Bike ran perfectly and Nick from the rental service gave me a break on an impromptu extra day. Definitely worth the price.
